The Clark brothers love to eat. Chris and Brent Clark both found early on that the best way to support their eating habit was to learn to cook.
Where It All Began
Chris and Brent grew up in West Chester Ohio. Their dad worked at William Powell Company while mom worked at Sharonville. Both Chris and Brent are Lakota graduates from back in the day when there was only one Lakota. Chris managed restaurants early on while Brent’s career path took him towards technical and operations jobs. They both returned to the family construction business which found them both eating lunch out – a lot.
Chris and Brent enjoyed eating at many of the smaller mom and pop restaurants that seem to be quickly disappearing as time goes by. Most of the lunches became just the next place to eat in the rotation because “we haven’t eaten there lately”.
When the family business was sold it was time to look for the next adventure. Brent had always enjoyed restaurants like Schwartz’s Meats in Montreal and Slyman’s in Cleveland but didn’t find the mom and pop sandwiches he was looking for in the larger chain sandwich shops.
That was the beginning of Liberty Sandwich Factory. Liberty Sandwich Factory brings New York style corned beef sandwiches to the Liberty/West Chester Township areas. Homemade pork loin and turkey are cooked in house to create other great sandwiches such as the Cubano Tampa or Hand Carved Turkey. Our Buffalo Chicken Sandwich has homemade buffalo garlic aioli and the Roast Beef gets the homemade horseradish cream sauce. Our meaty chili is also made in house.
We sincerely hope you enjoy your sandwich experience at Liberty Sandwich Factory!
Thank you and come again!
